Shop Policy

Production + Shipping 

All of our products are custom made by hand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your garment after purchase. Purchases are generally shipped no later than 3 weeks after ordering—subject to change based on complexity and quantity of request. Once shipped, items take between 3-7 days to arrive. We are not responsible for the product(s) after it is shipped!

Refunds

Refund Policy 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our clothing and merchandise we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Po Pachei is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Po Pachei will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect/Incomplete Adresses 

In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address shipping time will take up to a week longer from time of new address change. When emailing updated address please include order # and “Address Change” in subject line.
